Presentation
Located 35 minutes northwest of Paris, Chateau de Villette is a spectacular location for family vacations, weddings, seminars, product promotions, business meetings, elegant parties and other special events. You can either rent the entire chateau for exclusive use or attend one of our events below. All events including lodging at chateau and meals.
In celebration of the Da Vinci Code movie world premier on May 17, 2006, Chateau de Villette presents the following exciting programs:
-4 days/3 nights Da Vinci Code tour and seminar program at 1,950 Euros per person for March 1-4, 2006.
-4 days/3 nights Serenity Leadership retreat April 8-11, 2006 at 1,950 Euros per person.
-6days/5 nights garden tour program at 6,000 Euros per person for May 19-24, 2006.
-6 days/5 nights Da Vinci Code tour program with cooking classes at 4,300 Euros per person through 2006.
All programs including deluxe lodging at the Chateau Villette, all meals and tours and tour transportations. Additional nights lodging are available at special rates. Groups are for appx. 15 people. We can also organize theme events for your special needs.
History
Designed by architect Francois Mansart around 1668 for Jean Dyel, the Comte d'Aufflay, Louis XIV's ambassador to Venice and finished around 1696 by his nephew Jules Hardouin-Mansart. One of the most significant historical Chateaux in France, Villette is at once both simple and sumptuous with the great octagonal salon in white and blue that has dessus-de-portes by Boucher, the elegant dining room with the original 17th century carved stone buffet, magnificent boiseries and the stone entry hall which completely exalts the classicism of the period.
Description
All of the 18 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom were beautifully remodeled in 1999 and 2000. A Professional gourmet kitchen was installed in the year 2001 with top of the line commercial appliances in addition to two service kitchens, a gym, a billiard room and a banquet room. Telephone system is accessible from each room in addition to wireless Internet connection. There are numerous outbuildings including a spacious chapel and adjacent reception room, horse stable and greenhouse.

Short term Da Vinci Code Tour available now at Villette, it is two hours and cost is Euro 55 per person for a group of 15 people and 45 Euro per person for group 25 or more (transportation from and to Paris can be provided at extra cost).

Sunday-
9am Breakfast at the chateau.
11am Driving to Paris through Bois de Boulogne and Avenue des Champs Elysees
12:30pm Lunch at Hotel Ritz
3:30-5:30pm Da Vinci Code walk with guide from Paris Walk including visiting church Saint Sulpice.
6pm Drink at Café Deux Margot.
7pm Dinner at Brasserie Lipp, the oldest brasserie in Paris.
9pm Return to chateau

11am Visit of Louvre
1:30pm Lunch at Café Marly at the Louvre
3:30-7pm Shopping in Paris after lunch in Rue Fouborg Saint Honore and Avenue Montaine, the best shopping district in the world.
7:30pm Dinner in Paris at 1728 off Rue Fouborg Saint Honore. This restaurant is in the home of General Lafayette built in 1728 which is beautifully restored by its current owner.
10pm Return to chateau

4pm Tour of Auvers-sur-Oise, visit Maison Van Gogh where Van Gogh spent his last year
