The outside visit
The park opens every day from 10 am to 7 pm.
Visit of the vast park and the ruins of the XII century abbaye. A remarquable rose garden has been recently renovated.
The inside visit
Open every day from March 1st to November 11th: open from 10.30 am to 12.30 am
and from 2 pm to 7 pm
The visit of the house of a famous art collector.
At the ground level of the castle: the large gallery with its collection of gothic and renaissance furniture and antic sculptures. The gallery commands the access to the reception rooms, salons, dining room, library...
On the first floor, the main gallery is dedicated to the paintings from the XV to the XIX centuries and Renaissance furniture. Opening on this long gallery, are the bedrooms, all decorated with outstanding pieces of furniture and paintings and printings. Each bedroom is connected to a small bathroom.
The visitor will then visit the private and exquisite apartments of Mrs Jacquemart-André, including the following rooms:

The Jean-Jacques Rousseau's collection:
At the end of his life, the philosophe Jean-Jacques Rousseau has been living at the nearby Château d'Ermenonville hosted by the Marquis René de Girardin. At the death of the writer in 1778, the Marquis and his family gathered a vast collection of souvenirs at the memory of their famous friend.
A shop with books and pictures and a tea room are welcoming the visitors in an agreable setting.
